Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Inquisition ("the service"), operated by Inquisition AI ("we," "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

The service

Inquisition audits and analyzes a connected WordPress site's existing content archive and, through Quisi AI, recommends changes. Any change that would publish back to your site requires your explicit approval before it takes effect. We do not publish or edit your content without that approval.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content connected to Inquisition. We process it solely to provide the service to you: indexing, analysis, and the recommendations Quisi AI generates. We do not use your content to train models for other customers.

Acceptable use

• Only connect sites you own or are authorized to manage.
• Do not use the service to violate any law or a third party's rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

Early access

The service is currently in early access. Features, availability, and pricing may change as we work directly with early customers. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect you.

Disconnecting a client or your account

Disconnecting a data source removes that source's data for the affected client immediately. Deleting a client or your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
