Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Inquisition AI ("we," "us") collects when you use Inquisition ("the service") and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account information: your name and email address.
• Content data from any WordPress site you connect: post content, structure, links, images, and metadata.
• Traffic and search data from Google Analytics or Search Console, only if you connect them.
• Usage data about how you use the service, for reliability and support.

How we use it

We use this data to provide the service to you: indexing your content, running audits, and generating Quisi AI's recommendations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your content to train models for other customers.

Data retention

Data pulled from a connected source is kept for up to 13 months on a rolling basis, matching the comparison window the source tool itself offers. Disconnecting a source removes every row of that source's data for the affected client immediately, not on a later scheduled cleanup.

Who can see your data

Only your own account and anyone you invite to a client workspace can see that client's data. Data is scoped per client and never visible across clients or accounts.

Third parties

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, object storage) and an AI inference provider to run Quisi AI. These providers process data on our behalf under their own data processing terms and do not use your data for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can disconnect a data source or delete a client at any time from Settings. Deleting an account or client is permanent.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted here.
